Shipping is done with USPS. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us prior to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional shipping costs will be charged if you want us to ship your order using UPS or FedEx. We do our best to get orders Made and shipped out as quickly as we can. Please allow for 5-7 business days for your order to ship. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post and we always obtain proof of postage and shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
Bourbon Moth wants your buying experience to be as enjoyable as possible.
Please note: If an order is paid for but canceled prior to shipment, a 20% processing fee will be incurred. The 20% will be deducted from the total amount paid.
We try to accurately represent and picture all items to the best of our ability. We trust that the received item will meet your expectations.
We take all precautionary methods to make sure items do not arrive damaged and take great care in our packing and shipment. All items come from a smoke free home.
If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us prior to leaving feedback. I’m sure we will be able to work out a solution to make you happy.
If you want to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 5 days from the day you receive your order so we can make arrangements with you. Unfortunately, If more than 5 days pass from the day you receive your order a return or exchange is no longer available. No returns will be accepted and no refunds given unless contacted via email and arrangements are made before the order is shipped back to us. If you are looking to return your order for any reason other than a flaw in your product, a 20% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund.
Although we love to make special orders for our customers, due to the time and effort we put into making custom and personalized items we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom or made to order purchases.
As we mentioned in our shipping policy, we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost in the post. We always obtain proof of postage and shipment for every order. This rarely ever happens and when it does it is very unfortunate, but we cannot be held responsible for USPS and their employees.
